Requirements
Role Characterization: Internal sales and high-tech customer service support
Responsibility for the entire sales circle and customer group from the qutation stage to the order stage
Telephone response to customers and sales actions
Office support for field sales personnel
Bidding and tracking customers on the SAP system
Handling price / repair issues
Updating orders on the SAP system
Send customer order confirmations.
Monitoring the compliance of the parties with a quarterly and annual forecast
Analyze sales reports
Locating and building technical data base
Technical knowledge and ability to provide technical support to the customer - an advantage!
Promoting products in exhibitions and conferences in Israel and abroad
Quarterly inventory counts
Inventory management of the catalogs and promotional materials
Work in the SAP system
Requirments:
At least 5 years of experience in the high-tech and industrial markets
fluent English - speech, reading and writing
Full control of Office applications - especially Excel at a high level
Location: Kfar Saba
Working hours: 08: 30-17: 30 with readiness for overtime
full military service
